Cowboy Corn Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cans Mexicorn, drained (11 ounce cans)
  • 1 can Rotel, drained (10 ounce can)
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 cup real Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced with tops
  • pinch of sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate 4 hours (minimum) before serving. Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips, crackers or veggies. Makes lots.
