Slow Cooker Creamy Cheese Potatoes Recipe

  • 2 pounds hash browns
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese Soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Mix all ingredients together in a slow cooker; cover.
  • Cook on low for 7 hours. Stir after a couple of hours of cooking to mix ingredients thoroughly. Do not lift cover and stir too many times. This will extend the cooking time.
An easy to prepare cheesy potato recipe. Just add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and turn it on.
