  • 2 pounds hash browns
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese Soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Mix all ingredients together in a slow cooker; cover.
  • Cook on low for 7 hours. Stir after a couple of hours of cooking to mix ingredients thoroughly. Do not lift cover and stir too many times. This will extend the cooking time.
