Baked Potato Topping 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion or chives
Directions
Soften butter. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with baked potatoes. One batch will serve 12. Best if made ahead for flavors to blend. This can be cut in half and the amounts can be adjusted for personal taste.
