Ingredients
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can kernel corn drained well
  • 1/4 pound butter melted
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, until well blended.
  • Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
