Cottage Spinach Salad Recipe

A tasty spinach salad seasoned nicely with a touch of tangy horseradish to season the dressing.

Cottage Spinach Salad Recipe (+)

Directions

Wash and dry spinach leaves, then tear into bite size pieces, and put in a large salad bowl. Add the cottage cheese.
Mix the sugar, vinegar, sour cream, horseradish, dry mustard and salt together until well blended. Pour blended contents over the top of the spinach, and toss. '
May garnish with the pecans.

-		1 pound fresh baby spinach, washed and torn into bite size pieces
-		1 pound cottage cheese
-		1/2 cup pecans, chopped
-		1/2 cup sugar
-		3 tablespoons cider vinegar
-		1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
-		1 tablespoon horseradish, or to taste
-		1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
-		1/2 teaspoon salt
