Sweet Potato (Yams) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 canned yams (Princella is a good brand) (29 ounce )
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Drain and mash well the canned yams.

Mix brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans together than sprinkle over yams.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes
