Sweet Potato (Yams) - Recipe

Directions

Drain and mash well the canned yams.

Mix brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans together than sprinkle over yams.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes

-		2 canned yams (Princella is a good brand) (29 ounce )
-		1 cup granulated sugar
-		1/2 cup melted butter
-		2 eggs well beaten
-		1 teaspoon vanilla
-		1/3 cup milk
-		1/2 cup brown sugar
-		1/4 cup all purpose flour
-		3 tablespoons butter
-		1/4 cup chopped pecans
