Shoe Peg Corn and Green Chili Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 2 cans shoe peg corn, drained
  • dash of garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat milk and butter-soften cream cheese in milk mixture until smooth. Add to drained corn and green chili and seasonings. Bake 350° for 30 min.
