Grilled Sesame Chicken Wings Recipe

Grilled sesame buffalo wings says it all.. A hint of Asian flavor combined with the original Buffalo chicken sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds as you grill to enhance the Asian flavor .

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed (if frozen, thaw out first)
  • 1 cup Buffalo chicken wing sauce

Wash wings thoroughly; pat dry.

Combine sesame oil, garlic salt, pepper and ginger in large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with the oil mixture. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush lightly with some of the Buffalo sauce. Continue grilling 4-5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing frequently with the remaining Buffalo sauce.

Serve with ranch or blue cheese salad dressing.

"These are very tasty. I grilled them in the afternoon then put them in the slow cooker on warm for a party in the evening. They had a great grill flavor, but were so tender they were falling of fthe bone. The wings had just enough heat to know it was there but not too much so they burned your mouth."
