Barbecue Beef Sandwiches (Crock Pot) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1/2 bottle Open Pit barbecue sauce (9 ounce bottle)
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
Directions
Place beef in crock pot. Combine onion and barbecue sauce; pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours. Break up meat with fork, mix, and sere on buns.
