Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Amaretto Liquor
1 honeydew melon, sliced lengthwise (medium)
2 cups orange sherbet
1 1/2 cups raspberries or blackberries

Directions

Melt sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Amaretto. Transfer to large bowl and allow to cool. Add melon slices to bowl and toss very gently with Amaretto syrup. Divide glazed slices among 6 plates. Add a scoop of orange sherbet and 1 to 2 tablespoons of berries per plate.
