Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 cups chicken broth (homemade or canned)
  • 1 pound frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 box pastini or any small pasta
Directions
Bring chicken broth to boil and add spinach. When broth comes back to boil, add pastini and cook for as long as box indicates (usually 4-6 minutes).

Cool slightly and serve with Parmesan cheese.
