Cheesy Ham and Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped (small)
1 cup chopped carrots
1 ounce can chicken broth
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound diced ham
1 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
8 ounces Sour Cream
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a large soup pot, put potatoes, carrots, onions, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Add water until vegetables are covered. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Add ham and cream of celery soup. Cook 10 minutes longer. Add milk, sour cream, butter and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and warm throughout. Serve with crackers or warm bread.
