Vegetable Soup 29 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • onions, diced
  • green peppers, diced
  • 1 can Del Monte spaghetti sauce (large can)
  • 1 can Del Monte green beans
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 can Leseur peas
  • 1 can Del Monte corn
  • 3 potatoes scrubbed and diced (medium)
  • 1 can Campbells tomato juice (large can)
  • 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions and peppers. Combine all ingredients, except macaroni, in large kettle. Cook for about 1 hour. In a separate kettle, cook macaroni 10 minutes. Drain and rinse macaroni and add to soup mixture. Simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes more.
