Marinated Vegetable Salad 16 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can french cut green beans (drained)
  • 1 can shoe peg corn (drained)
  • 1 can baby English peas (drained)
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 jar Pimento (Small jar)
  • MARINATED SAUCE:
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine the above ingredients.

MARINADE SAUCE:

Warm the sauce until the sugar melts. Let the sauce cool before pouring over the vegetable mixture.

Keep in refrigerator and serve cold.
