Cranberry Salad 89 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 package cherry Jello (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package lemon jello (3 ounce pkg)
  • 2 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pound red grapes
  • 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, reserve juice (small)
  • 1 apple
  • juice of 2 oranges
Directions
Grind cranberries, and add sugar. Let stand until sugar is dissolved stirring occasionally. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Seed and quarter grapes. Peel and cut apple fine and squeeze on some lemon juice. Add all fruit to Jello with the orange juice and not more than 3/4 C. of pineapple juice. Put into a 9x12" or 8x13" dish. Chill until set.
