1 bag (16 oz.) fresh cranberries
2 apples, peeled and sliced
2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar - more to taste
1 cup water

Pour all ingredients into a pan and simmer over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes uncovered.
The chutney will cook down and thicken.
Store in the refrigerator in a covered container.
Freezes well.
