Potato Soup 71 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound frozen hash browns
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 container bacon pieces (real bacon)
  • 1 ounce sour cream
  • 2 packages four cheese instant potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put the frozen hash browns into a large pot, cover them with water approximately 1 inch over the hash browns. Begin heating on high, bring to a boil. Turn heat down and add the 4 cans of soup. Stir until the soups are mixed with the rest and smooth. Add the sour cream and stir in well. Slowly add the 2 packages of instant potatoes while stirring. The potatoes should thicken the soup, if you get lumps smash them out or stir until smooth. Take the bacon pieces and put in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for approximately 1 minute then stir into soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring up heat and stir then serve. Enjoy!
