Maple Glaze Recipe

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir briefly and cook at full boil for at least 2 minutes. Cool slightly, then beat with a rotary beater until the glaze thickens, fluffs and reaches spreading consistency. Beat Yields enough for two nine-inch layers.
