CHICKEN COATING MIX Recipe

Combine ingredients thoroughly. To use, moisten chicken pieces with water or milk, shaking off excess. Place several pieces of chicken in paper or plastic bag and shake to coat. Arrange chicken without crowding in baking pan and bake at 400° for about 40 minutes or until done. Makes about 1 1/3 c. or enough to coat about 5 lbs. of chicken. Mix may be stored in covered container in freezer.

Note: Make 1/2 recipe for the usual amount of chicken
