GRILLED SIRLOIN IN BOURBON MARINADE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup bourbon (like Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 1/2 pounds sirloin steaks
Directions
Prepare marinade ingredients by mixing them together in a large zip top bag. Add steak to the bag. You can also mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and pour it over the steaks in a plastic container that has a lid. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least six hours, turning occasionally. One hour before grilling, take steaks from fridge and let set on counter. Turn after 30 minutes. Remove steaks and discard marinade. Grill.
