Creamy Chicken & Pasta Recipe

  • 1 package pasta (1 lb pkg)
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound frozen vegetable blend
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup water
Chicken breasts should be thawed. Prepare pasta per package directions. Meanwhile, place chicken breasts in frying pan. Cover with water. Bring water to boil; simmer about 6 minutes. Turn breasts over and simmer till juices run clear when poked with a fork. While chicken and pasta are cooking, combine vegetables, soup and water in medium kettle. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and combine with vegetable mixture. Serve over pasta.
