Ingredients
1 package Creamette Rotini pasta (8 ounce pkg)
1 pound Ground Beef
1 green pepper, diced (small)
1 onion, chopped (small)
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz. can)
1 tablespoon instant bouillon, beef flavored
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup milk
dash pepper
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is cooked. Drain grease. Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove form heat and stir in milk, ricotta cheese, 1 C. cheddar cheese, and rotini. Pour into a 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
