| | Directions | | Prepare pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is cooked. Drain grease. Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove form heat and stir in milk, ricotta cheese, 1 C. cheddar cheese, and rotini. Pour into a 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
