Mountaineer Hash Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (medium)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chile powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup uncooked Minute Rice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
1.) Cook together in skillet the onion, green pepper w/ butter til onion turns yellow

2.) Add ground beef and saut til mixture falls apart

3.) Add tomato, chile' powder, pepper, rice & salt

4.) Mix and pour into greased baking dish

5.) Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
