Put crab meat in a mixing bowl. Slowly pour the above sauce mixture over the crab meat and blend well. When thoroughly mixed pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Note: Egg substitute and low fat milk and low fat cheddar cheese may be used to lower fat and calories.
