Porcupine Meatballs 33 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef or pork
  • 3/4 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 each chopped onion, celery & green pepper (3/4 cup each)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Mix all but the meat together. Add meat and mix. Make into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan.

Sauce: 2 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. ketchup. Boil & pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Optional: I usually put 2/3 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese on last few minutes until the cheese melts.
