Hash Brown Breakfast Bake 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen, shredded hash browns
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 cup bacon or sausage, crumbled
Directions
Cover the bottom of an 8" sq cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the hash brown shreds evenly over the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, flour and seasoning salt with a wire whisk. Pour the egg mixture evenly on top of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until center is set. Sprinkle crumbled bacon or sausage on top.
