Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 raw egg
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup Raw Rice
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 can tomato soup
Directions
In mixing bowl, combine beef, rice, onion, green pepper, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well to blend. Shape meat mixture into 24 meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place meatballs in slow cooker. Pour soup over meatballs, diluted with one can of water. Cover and cook on slow for approximately 5-7 hours, or until done. (Depending on slow cooker, it may take more or less time to cook until done.)
