| Directions | In mixing bowl, combine beef, rice, onion, green pepper, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well to blend. Shape meat mixture into 24 meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place meatballs in slow cooker. Pour soup over meatballs, diluted with one can of water. Cover and cook on slow for approximately 5-7 hours, or until done. (Depending on slow cooker, it may take more or less time to cook until done.) |
