Potato Sausage Casserole 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups sliced, peeled, raw potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown sausage, drain and set aside. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In a greased 2 qt. casserole dish, layer half of the potatoes, half of the soup mix and half of the sausage and repeat till you have no more. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender-crisp. Add shredded cheese to the top, and bake until cheese is melted.
