| Directions | Brown sausage, drain and set aside. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In a greased 2 qt. casserole dish, layer half of the potatoes, half of the soup mix and half of the sausage and repeat till you have no more. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender-crisp. Add shredded cheese to the top, and bake until cheese is melted. |
