Beef Porcupine Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box beef Rice-a-Roni (or equivalent)
  • 1 pound ground beef/deer
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 1/2 cups water
Directions
Combine rice vermicelli with meat and egg. Shape into small meatballs (about 20). Brown on all sides in skillet or can place on plate and cook in microwave. Drain off juice. Combine contents of flavor packet with 2 1/2 cups water. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Thicken gravy if desired. Makes about 5 servings; 4 meatballs each.
