Leg of Lamb 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Leg of lamb (6-7 lbs at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup Water as needed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Season meat with all ingredients and bake for 20 minutes per pound.
