Lemon Verbena

An herb that has a lemony aroma and flavor, used to flavor tea and desserts and can also be used to season meat and fish dishes. The lemon verbena plant is easy to maintain in the house and could provide a supply of fresh leaves throughout the year. Lemon verbena could be used as a substitute for lemon grass. The oils from the lemon verbena are also used in cosmetics.
