Fish Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Soft Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 flaked, cooked or canned fish (salmon, tuna or other desired fish) (1 lb 2 1/2 cup )
Directions
Combine crumbs and seasonings. Beat eggs; combine with milk and pour over the crumbs. Allow to stand until liquid is absorbed; then beat to a smooth pulp. Combine with remaining ingredients and pack into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until done. Yields 8 servings.
