Directions
Combine crumbs and seasonings. Beat eggs; combine with milk and pour over the crumbs. Allow to stand until liquid is absorbed; then beat to a smooth pulp. Combine with remaining ingredients and pack into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until done. Yields 8 servings.

-2 cups Soft Bread Crumbs
-1/2 teaspoon onion seasoning
-1 teaspoon celery salt
-2 tablespoons minced parsley
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- dash of pepper
-2 Eggs, beaten
-1 cup milk
-1 flaked, cooked or canned fish (salmon, tuna or other desired fish) (1 lb 2 1/2 cup )
