Ingredients
2 pounds spaghetti
1 pound Romano Grated Cheese
1 package Lard
2 dozen eggs
2 tablespoons salt
Lots of Black Pepper
2 Throw Away Lasagna Pans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Boil the spaghetti (Al Dente). In another bowl beat the Eggs. Add the Cheese, Salt and Pepper. Give the pan a good greasing of the Lard. Drain the Pasta. Let it cool a little and add the Egg Mixture. Dot the top of the mixture with a few dots of Lard. Put it in the Lasagna Pan (2 together for sturdiness). Bake at 350 covered in tin foil for 1-1/2 hours. Take off the tin foil and turn the oven to 375 and bake for an additional 15 minutes (until the tops of the spaghetti that are sticking out get a little crispy).
