TUNA CRUNCH Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans water packed tuna, drained (7 ounce cans)
  • 1 can French fried onions (small can)
  • 1 cup shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
In a saucepan mix milk, flour, mayonnaise, salt and pepper stirring constantly until thick. Add tuna and onions. Put in a greased quiche dish or 9 inch glass pie plate. Cover mixture with shredded cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 20 - 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
