Mock Eclair 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Graham Crackers
  • 2 packages vanilla instant putting (small pkg)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups milk or buttermilk
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip
  • Frosting
  • 2 packages chocolate bake by nestle
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons clear Karo Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
Directions
line pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding, milk, vanilla beat 2 minutes. fold in cool whip. Pour 1/2 over graham crackers. Layer another row of graham crackers on top of pudding mixture and then pour remaining pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Chill before frosting.

Frosting: mix together chocolate bake, milk, Karo Syrup, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
