line pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding, milk, vanilla beat 2 minutes. fold in cool whip. Pour 1/2 over graham crackers. Layer another row of graham crackers on top of pudding mixture and then pour remaining pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Chill before frosting.
Frosting: mix together chocolate bake, milk, Karo Syrup, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
