Ingredients
  • 1 package McCormick® Oven Easy® Lemon & Pepper Seafood Coating Mix
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 pounds tilapia fillets
  • 2 eggs, beaten

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Coating Mix, dill weed and parsley in shallow dish. Add butter; mix well.

2. Dip fish in eggs, then in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.

3. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute red snapper, striped bass, flounder or sole for the tilapia.
