Classic Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well to blend. Makes about 1/2 cup.
