A light and tangy dressing that adds much flavor to spinach greens or any salad with greens and other vegetables such as mushrooms, sprouts and carrots.

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

In small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, canola oil, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to use. When salad is ready to serve, drizzle dressing over greens and toss all ingredients to coat with lime dressing.
