  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish, adjust to taste
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
