BALSAMIC PEARL ONIONS Recipe

Ingredients
  • 30 ounces pearl onions (8 cup blanched and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions
Simmer onions and all ingredients except the vinegar in a shallow pan over high hear for 30 minutes (DON'T BURN). Add the balsamic vinegar and cook over med-low heat for 15 minutes. Transfer to serving platter.
