Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 egg
pinch of salt
1/2 egg shell filled with water twice
Directions
Put cup of flour into bowl and make a well in center of flour. Put the egg, salt, and 2 egg shells of water in the well. Mixing with hands works best - mix until dough forms. If too sticky, add a little more flour. Roll dough out on floured cutting board until desired thickness. Cut dough with noodle cutter or knife. Let noodles dry slightly, then drop into boiling broth and cook 20-25 minutes.
