Strawberry Banana Salad 2 Recipe

Ingredients
1 package strawberry gelatin (6 ounce pkg)
1 cup boiling water
2 packages frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, partially thawed (10 ounce pkgs)
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained (20 ounce can)
1 cup mashed firm bananas (3 medium)
1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 package sour cream (16 ounce pkg)
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions
In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour half of the mixture into a 9x13 dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour or till set. Set the remaining gelatin mixture aside. Combine the sour cream, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Spread over chilled gelatin. Spoon remaining gelatin mixture over top. Chill overnight.
Yield: 12-15 servings.
