Knoephla Soup 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 or 2 cans chicken broth
  • 5 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 cups water
  • Knoephla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon up cooked chicken, if desired
  • 1 cup cream
Directions
Combine and cook first 6 ingredients until tender.

Mix Knoephla ingredients and roll into 1/2 inch pieces. Drop into simmering soup. Add cream of chicken soup and cooked chicken, if desired. Simmer 15 minutes until Knoephla is done. Sir in cream.
